Privacy Policy

Arviva processes the shopping criteria needed to answer your request, such as search terms, style preferences, price ranges, product identifiers, and requested quantities. When you use the ChatGPT plugin, ChatGPT determines which relevant details from your request are sent to Arviva's tools.

Our infrastructure providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser or client type, timestamps, request paths, response status, and security or diagnostic identifiers. Arviva does not ask for account passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive credentials.

We use this information to search and compare home and décor products, create store-specific cart links at your request, operate and secure the service, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law.

Arviva does not sell personal information, serve third-party advertising, or use plugin requests to build advertising profiles.

Arviva's catalog database stores product and inventory information, not ChatGPT conversation histories. We do not intentionally persist raw shopping requests in the catalog database. Short-lived infrastructure and security logs may be retained only as reasonably necessary for operations, generally for no more than 30 days, unless a longer period is required to investigate abuse, protect the service, or comply with law.

Information may be processed by OpenAI when you use ChatGPT, by our hosting and database providers, and by the relevant commerce provider when you choose to open a product or cart. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Arviva currently sends checkout activity to an external Shopify storefront. Payment, shipping, billing, order, and return information is provided directly to the seller during checkout and is not collected by the Arviva plugin.

You can avoid sending information to Arviva by not invoking the plugin, clear or limit the criteria in your request, or stop before opening an external checkout. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about our processing.

To make a privacy request, email support@arviva.space. We may need limited information to verify and complete the request.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including keeping commerce credentials server-side and limiting plugin tools to the data needed for shopping tasks. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Arviva is designed for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
