You may use Arviva for lawful, personal shopping and product-discovery purposes. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, extract the catalog at scale, submit malicious instructions, or use Arviva in a way that violates another party's rights.

Arviva uses automated systems to search, organize, compare, and summarize product information. Results may be incomplete, delayed, or occasionally inaccurate. Verify dimensions, materials, colors, safety information, compatibility, price, inventory, shipping, and return terms before purchasing.

Arviva helps you discover physical goods and prepare links to external checkout. A cart link does not reserve inventory, guarantee a price, or create an order. Your purchase is completed only when the seller accepts it at checkout.

To the extent permitted by law, Arviva is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Arviva is not responsible for seller-controlled products, checkout, fulfillment, or third-party services.

To the extent permitted by law, Arviva will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer protections.
